 The Westin Beijing Chaoyang will host events for associates such as Open Day, Young Hotelier, Recruitment Day, General Associate Meeting and Female Leader Day. Associates in management roles such as line managers will also share their own career journeys to inspire others to reach their own career destinations. There will also be a focus on female leadership roles – the Female Leadership Event - where inspiring associates such as Director of Rooms and Director of Human Resources will showcase and emphasize their progression and journey throughout each stage of their career.

“Journey Week”期间，金茂北京威斯汀大饭店将为员工举办开放日、青年酒店人、招聘会、员工大会及女性领导力日等活动。前线运营管理人员还将分享他们的职业发展心得，激励同事们为实现自己的职业目标而奋斗。今年的活动还将特别聚焦女性高层岗位，在“女性领导力”活动中，客务部总监及人力资源部总监等成功的女性高管将介绍自己职业生涯每个阶段的发展历程。

The recruitment day as part of Journey Week will take place from 9AM to 5PM at 7 North Dongsanhuan Road, The Westin Beijing Chaoyang. Interested candidates should bring along a copy of their resume.

 “Journey Week”期间的招聘会将于2018年4月18日早九点至晚五点在东三环北路7号的金茂北京威斯汀大饭店举行。有兴趣的应聘者可以携带好简历前去参加。
